THE PROCESS 

We prepare the surface to be treated, insuring that is free of dirt, mildew, wax, or any substance that will interfere with the application of the Commercial Cleaning Services Solution.   The Commercial Cleaning Services “Surface Preparation” solution is ideal for this purpose.

We apply the Commercial Cleaning Services “Activator” solution in an even, consistent application being sure to cover all areas thoroughly. 

Depending on the area, the substrate, and the application, we either hose or mop the area to remove the principle application solution. 

We allow floor to dry, and then to insure ADA Standards and Mandates, we then test the treated area. 

We then post our results and issue the Commercial Cleaning Services Two-Year Guarantee. 

Many of our customers are eligible for a “REBATE” through the “AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT”.
